Job requirements
Excellent Communication skills
Clarity & fluency in speech
Willingness to work in BPO environment
Should be open to take calls on a daily basis
Should be flexible working in shifts & locations across Bangalore
Should resolve customer queries
Graduates or Undergraduates.
Minimum 6 months of experience into Customer support/ service.
5 days working, 2 days off.
Shifts: Rotational shifts.
2 way cab provided.
Work location: Bangalore
