Should have experience in end to end recruitment (Calling candidates/Use of Portals & social media for recruitment).
Screen, evaluate and select qualified candidates to appropriate job postings.
Sending suitable profiles to various clients per their requirements.
Experience in IT recruitment.
Effective client interaction.
Exposure to Vendor Management & Campus hiring would be added advantage.
