Job Description

Forming and maintaining employee records. Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave. Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides. Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
Your responsibilities as the HR administrator will include:
Forming and maintaining employee records

Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
Communicating with external partners
Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
HR Admin Qualification Requirements:
ITI,B.tech,M.tech,Diploma.10th,12th,Graduation,
Salary-16,000/- to 48,000/-
Age-18 Years
Work Department-Logistic
Work Industry-Import,Export
Skills-good team working skills.
