Job Description
Fast-growing Software Company is looking to hire a mid-senior level "full stack" .NET Software Developer to join their team. This developer is responsible for working efficiently in a team of developers as a mid to senior-level technology member, working towards writing reliable and impeccable code, supporting the Development Team Lead in the design of software solutions, and serving as a technical advisor and mentor to junior development staff. He/she is expected to work closely with other team members, participating in design and coding activities on assigned projects, reviewing junior members work and encouraging corporate coding standards and methodologies on each project.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze software requirements and assist in leading the development team's effort in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software and applications.
Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for yourself and junior programmers.
Design and code applications following specifications and instructions.
Serve as a technical advisor and mentor for other development staff members.
Consult with others on project status, proposals, or technical issues for system design and maintenance.
Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports.
Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
Assist in developing team policies, procedures and standards in the development and implementation of software projects.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement.

Relational database design
MS SQL Server
Ability to identify tasks which require automation and automate them.
Experience and ability to teach and instruct co-workers.
Provide advice, training and technical support on various projects.
Analyze applications to discover root-cause problems and recommend options for resolution to the development team.
Keep current on emerging technologies to maintain and sharpen your skill set.
Ability to learn new programming languages and techniques quickly.
Expert knowledge of standard development tools.
Good knowledge of security and encryption.
Ability to identify problems, contribute to problem resolution and work toward shared responsibility in the solution.
Perform work of medium to high difficulty in designing, writing, editing, modifying, and debugging computer programs.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, mathematics or information systems, or equivalent work experience.
4-5 plus years of experience in application development or technology/information management.
Technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
