Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Job Description:

Keeping up to date Applicant Tracking Systems.
Sourcing consultants through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals and LinkedIn groups/ Projects.
Require to handle bulk requirements with direct clients.
Understanding about immigrations like H1B/ GC/GC EAD/ OPT EAD while talking to the candidates & their employers
Screen the candidates and make sure that their experience aligns with the job description
Utilizing online tools (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn, Facebook for searching candidates.
Performing full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
Working with all tax terms thus includes W2, 1099 and Corp-to-Corp.
Sending emails to various prospective clients to get the new clients Requirements:

5+ years experience in recruiting
Thorough understanding of recruiting process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of sales and recruiting process
Experience in using ATS
