Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for a Hub Incharge @ PMJ, one of the renowned brands in the domain of Jewellery and having business presence in India and Internationally. Has to be an inventory management specialist, will be based @ VIJAYWADA.

Job responsibilities :
Maintain and Administer jewellery inventory control and Movement procedure
Develop MIS reports and stack taking as and when due
Liaison with Logistic Partners
Keep proper records of all forms of transaction relating to the company logistics operations
Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems.
Negotiate transport or logistics so as to find out the most cost effective means or method of transporting supplies.
Monitor the entire process of store movement track shipments across different channels and locations.

Required experience,skills and Qualifications
Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company logistics process.
good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks excellent time management skills so as to ensure efficiency in service delivery at all times.
Ability to be proactive when dealing with customer complaints or requests.
Good numerical and IT Skills
Able to analyse the requirement, source the availability in different verticals of the company, arranging for dispatch and repair etc.
Awareness of risk associated with jewellery supply chain and ability to investigate the risks.
Ability to lead a team of supply chain staff operations out of a multiple hub locations.
Ability to work on ERP software.
