Job description:

These are the Virtual Office Locations

Identify and appoint potential agents for General Insurance Business
Handle alll LOBs ( Banca, Agency, Dealer & Direct)
Ensure each agent grow atleast by 20% YOY
Support and Guide the producer in all activities related to policy services
Ensure each agent identify the market scenario and cross sell
Train Agents on Tata GI products, process and USPs of the compan

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified Graduate with all certificates in hand

Candidate from General Insurance Sales Experience is required.
