As a Process Associate / Sr. Process associate, you will be assisting International Clients primarily based out of US, Canada support.
5 days a week work schedule and UK / US shift
Supporting top executives and professionals from Fortune 1000, Fortune 500 clients and small and medium-d companies mainly in the US and Europe.
This position consists of back-end/ operations duties.
E-commerce processing, Market Research/Intelligence, Email, and Chat support (All these projects are non-technical and non-IT).
Should have sound knowledge of social media platforms
May perform repetitive business procedures according to specific instructions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Demonstrable ability to work successfully in a team and with minimal supervision.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate should possess good verbal and written communication skills
Time management, planning, and scheduling skills
Should have a positive attitude and agility to work in a collaborative environment
Should have solution-oriented and committed to make it right resolution
Should have an impeccable sense of judgment to be able to serve at the highest levels.
Experience of working in a BPO back-office operations setup will be given preference
Candidates willing to learn and grow with the organization
Flair for customer/client service with a positive learning aptitude and ability to perform under pressure
Excellent team player with a client-centric and problem-solving approach
