Review and modification of existing Business Policies

Have worked extensively in drafting of Policy

Understanding in relation to drafting / amending collection Policy / Strategy is must

Preparation of Risk Deck, Early warning singnal, Presentation of Portfolio cuts, highlighting areas for Senior Management attention

Appraising current economic scenario and guiding internal teams of collection strategy

Analysing collection trends and helping internal identifying areas to improve collection.

Sending updates to branches wrt Bounces, movement in Book size, Delinquency.

Resource with working experience in Policy drafting / review,

Portfolio Review etc. - understanding / knowledge of Collection Policy is primary requirement.
