Job Description

Building a team of Insurance Advisors
Identifying prospective Advisors as per the guidelines of the organization.
Activation of successfully appointed new Agentss and ensuring their motivation to sell.
Achieving the number of active Agents in his / her team as per the organization's targets.
Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals.
Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for Advisors.
Identify training needs across the team.
Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.
