  • Excellent Communication.
  • Education : Minimum 10+2
  • Minimum 12 months of Customer Support Experience in BPO/Call Centre ( Preferably Sales ) since it requires Upselling/Cross Selling
  • Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational night shifts ( US based process ) + OK with rotational week offs.
