Job Description

  • Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping Dept to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, cafeteria and boss Cabins, and all public spaces.
  • Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day event and post-events
  • Purchase, re-order, and maintain housekeeping supplies and checking
  • Select, schedule, and train all new housekeeping staff members.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of all equipment like Generator, Ups, AC
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Assisting with all aspects of administrative management and logistics,
  • Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
  • Sending out and receiving packages / Couriers
  • Sending and receiving forms for the company
  • Assist staff in the organization with their inquiries
  • Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
  • Purchase, receive, and store the housekeeping items/office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
  • Administer petty cash according to established procedures
  • Going to the bank for deposits of cheques/withdrawal of cash
  • Observe precautions required to protect guest property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to HR and management
  • Coordinate and arrange to make crates with Carpenter when the shipment
  • Replace light bulbs / Telephone cells
  • Manage the packing work in absence of Warehouse
  • Purchase or order groceries and household supplies to Boss house
  • All day-to-day operation matters
  • Visiting Boss house completing the given task on priority
  • Opening office Head office / AHA Technologies
