Target candidates- Direct sales, Agency, Broking,( only if he is ready to work in sales and has previous direct marketing exp.), IRDAI approved Insurance agents.

Should be from sales/ field background.

Should have at least 12 months of exp.

Good Communication Skills

Share candidates who can join immediately.(Max 1 month)

Should have his/her own conveyance

Minimum qualification- Graduate

Age: less than 33yrs

Staying at his current location for 1-2 yr.

Person should interested in field sales**
