Job Description
As a Team Leader you will be handling individual teams both junior & senior encouraging their professional growth and maximizing their potential contributions.Desirable Skills & Expertise: -
- Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience in developing hybrid app frameworks for mobile (iOS/ Android) and web applications. (Ionic cross platform development experience mandatory)
- Able to lead the cross functional team and be the main point of contact for the project.
- Proficient in HTML5 / CSS / JavaScript development and debugging
- Hands on experience using both client side and server-side JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, knockout, Cordova, Node.JS etc.,) and demonstrate expertise in using new frameworks as required.
- Proficient using REST / SOAP web services and handling JSON, XML data.
- Experienced on debugging mobile apps using Android tools for Android apps and XCode for iOS apps.
- Experienced in Java application development, with extensive use of Java I/O, Collections, Algorithms, and well-known application frameworks.
- Great understanding of Android platform thread management, intents, memory management, and other aspects of Java for mobile application development.
- Good knowledge of OO designs, database design, data structure, unstructured data, and algorithms.
- Experience with source code management techniques using bitbucket.
- Working knowledge of firebase would be a plus.
Minimum Requirements: -
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering.
- Provide technical guidance and manage mobile app development teams (Primarily hybrid apps and android apps in the interim)
- End-to-end mobile and web development
- Lead technical architecture, coding standards, and other team policies.
- This is a hands-on role where he/she will be coding alongside the team. A leader who can win the technical aspect of the team with their own accomplishments, work in an agile, fast-changing environment, and lead us to building great products
