Job Description IT Hardware & Software Sales- Executive/ Manager
Responsibilities:
Suspects, prospects, and generates new sales leads from market Corporate, Govt, Institutions, Educational Entities.
Responsible for an end to end sales process for products like (hardware)Video Conferencing, Audio Conferencing, LFD TV Commercial Displays, Video Wall. Digital Signage, Projectors, Home Theatre systems, displays, Laptop, Computer, (software) Security Products,
Responsible sales process which involves; lead generation, cold calling, meeting clients, prospecting, customer on boarding and finally overseeing excellent after sales services.
Generating qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/ market. Implementing lead generation strategies.
Execute the B2B and B2C sales strategy, heading the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, to meet the sales targets for the designated portfolio in software and IT service domain
Participate in Government and public sector undertakings tenders/ EOIs and participating in pre-bid meetings and finalizing the tender documents and submission thereof.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Adept at business communication, prospecting, client engagement, sales presentations and sales demos, social media and social selling.
Generating sales funnel for various services/ products offered by the company using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling proposition and differentiators in Prospects in Corporate, Government, Institutions or Education Entities.
Mapping clients requirements and providing them with customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and documents.
Meet the annual sales target and involvement in actual revenue realization.
Team working establishes co-ordination & communication channels; encourages an environment of collaboration, takes bottom-line responsibility and closes issues independently, resolves conflicts that may arise out of differing expectations between team members, appropriately gives and is open to feedback from team/co-workers.
Should be flexible to work in shifts.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-6 years of total work experience including experience into institutionalfor IT sales.
Experience in dynamic and evolving E-commerce domain.
B-to-B lead generation and sales prospecting.
Preparing proposals and scope of work.
Negotiating and Closing deals.
Achieve revenue targets.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to make decisions and accept accountability for decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
