Urgent opening for Branch Manager for a building material industry, Angamaly(EKM)_ MALE
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions.
Education: -Bachelor Degree/MBA
Requirement: Must have 2 wheeler License.
Should be a Male Candidate
Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversees the daily operations of a Retail store including inventory, personnel, sales, and finances.
Comply with all government regulations to maintain a minimal level of liability for the Retail location.
Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department.
Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management,, Better than average written and spoken communication skills ,
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include knowledge of Excel, Tally is an added advantage.
