Duties & Responsibilities:
o Develop and generate business for assigned area
o Train & guide team on selling techniques, business processes and credit parameters
o Monitor & track team performance
o Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship
development and
o market mapping
o Follow up & ensure credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted
o Monitor portfolio of the branch and ensure non-overflow to NPA
o Manage legal initiatives of NPA cases
o Manage PDD of the branch
o Manage audit & compliances there on
o Manage external agencies
o Manage business development of the assigned branch
o Manage customer & employee grievances
o Maintain TAT from acquisition till disbursement
o Third party bill/payment management
o Property certification on loans above 15lacs
o Personal discussion on loans above 15lacs
