Job Description
About the Role:
- In-depth knowledge of creative principals including graphic design, typography, composition, scale, color theory, visual merchandising, packaging, videos etc.
- Comfortable engaging with the strategic dimension of our work, able to get under the skin of business issues, strong on content as well as visuals.
- Able to make smart connections between whats going on in the world and what we do for our business.
- Articulate, confident and assertive in presenting work.
- Highly collaborative, able to build strong relationships within design and across the business.
- Be able to think digital and design for performance marketing, blog, social media, internal communication, e mailers, web banners, ad campaigns, videos, etc.
- Demonstrate solid conceptual, visualization, and communication skills during all phases of creative development.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles to produce logical design for experience centers/stores, sales events, landing pages, etc.
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, content writers, designers, marketing team, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience-
- Candidate must provide an online portfolio of relevant work samples.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in creating info- graphic design for any story provided by the content team.
- Demonstrated ability and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Should have conducted A/ B testing of creatives.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Work Location : Bangalore ( Currently WFH)
