Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
Design solutions to enhance the user experience on Adobe Analytics
Able to translate business requirements into advanced technical solutions to continually optimize measure and improve outcomes
Configure Adobe Launch to drive customized implementation solutions for Web / mobile portals
Regular interaction with stakeholders to understand the new requirements
Manage Implementation of Adobe Analytics contents on Adobe website (Tools: Manual implementation, DTM / Launch)
Product/business/support monitoring and analyze the performances
Manage team objective tied to KPI/KRA
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 0-2 years experience in developing solutions using Adobe Implementation (DTM / Launch)
Minimum of 0-2 years experience in building reports / dashboards using Adobe Analytics
Exposure of managing Adobe Analytics contents on website (Tools: Manual implementation, Adobe Launch and Tag manager)
Experience in working with a marketing/Business intelligence environment
Experience in data analysis techniques
Strong proficiency in MS word and PowerPoint Being Accountable
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 0-2 years experience in Adobe Target(Optimization life cycle)
Experience in working with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing, e.g. Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer etc.
Excellent Communication skills and team handling skills
