Job Description:

Conduct planned trainings for new products for product launch covering product features, new technology explanation & USPs
Conduct planned refresher trainings on already launched products
Visit Spot trainings for new engineers, audit kit bag quality , refresh SOP (Installation) awareness .
Visit at customer place to check SOP adherence (Audit function).
Make calls to customers to check satisfaction level & quality of installation / demonstration (Audit function).

 Claim verification / validation.
