Tender Executive, GEM Portal Executive @ Sunjay Technologies

Job Description

• Search Gem and Tender portals from India State for our instruments/spares

• Understand Tender / BID specifications technically Input list of Bids / Tenders in given Excel Sheet format if it is matching our criteria

• Calculate offer price as per our standard list and check if it is feasible to tender

• Participate in bid if our Sell price is lesser than buyers ask price

• Keep updates about technical evaluation and commercial evaluation of Participated bids

• Analyze GeM portal to find new products and bids

• Apply for new tenders and manage ongoing bids

• To study and prepare tender documents and qualification criteria well before the deadline

• Responsible for the complete bidding process and making sure RFP/RFI/EOI/Tender responses are submitted within stipulated time and manners.

• Look for business opportunities from Government bids and tenders on all E Portal sites

• Full knowledge of GEM portal

• Updating of our Products & Uploading of catalog product.
