Urgent requirement for Restaurant Manager for a Star graded Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Job Location- Calicut

Qualification- Graduate/ Diploma/ Hotel managment

Experience- Mini 4 yrs

Good at customer handling and over all management.

* Interacting with customers
* Team management
* Visual Merchandising
* Stock Allocation
* Section Display

*Restaurant Manager should be independent in detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in administration/ risk mgt & problem solving

*should be aggressive in Organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing outlet maintenance, cleanliness and security.

*It also includes activities overseeing marketing, sales, operations, finance and human resources.

*Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.

*Monitor food preparation, service standards and methods.

*Address staff grievances in a timely manner.
