Job Description:

• BE Mechanical Engineering graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Knowledge in casting and machined components
2. Knowledge in New Product Development Inspection
3. Knowledge in process/product audits.
4. Knowledge in Inspection standard preparation for manufacturing
5. To prepare SOP/work instruction for inspection
6. Knowledge in gauge planning and calibration
7. Knowledge in controlling and monitoring of non-conformity
8. Knowledge in handling of customer complaints and analysis thru 8D
9. Knowledge in incoming/in process/final inspection.
10. Knowledge in ISO documents/activities
11. Knowledge in 5S activities
12. Knowledge in PPAP documents.
13. Knowledge in rejection analysis and correction action
14. Knowledge in CP & CPK studies.
