Job Description

We, a technology driven startup with futuristic visions and missions are looking for prospective candidates for the post of Regional Officers/Managers with minimum 5-8 years experience in handling a team of not less than 10 members.
Location: Ernakulam/Cochin, Calicut and Trivandrum
Roles and Responsibilities
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to Management
Guide and support team to ensure achievement of targets
Work closely with the team and developing a good relationship with the customers
Responsible for tracking and monitoring progress
Prepare daily weekly and monthly status reports and updates to the management
Selection, enlistment and hiring of team members as and when required.
Ensuring quality of recruits hired in the team
Maintain and drive compliance at the zonal and regional assignments.
Desired candidate profile
Must have proper knowledge of the particular region and geography into which the position will be allocated ( Kerala)
Team handling skill
Willingness to travel throughout the region where and when necessary.
