Location: Ernakulam/Cochin, Calicut and Trivandrum
Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing sales strategies, communicating the concept of the business and developing a professional work culture within a zone in order to grow the business and achieve sales targets
The position demands high levels of energy where the candidate shall be able to manage key accounts under a corporate umbrella by establishing smooth and professional relations with potential customers.
Ensure targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones
Responsible for locating, short-listing, finalizing new accounts through planned, scheduled approaches and establishing business via direct approach, referral approach or from existing customers and alternative channels
Responsible for monitoring progress, maintaining daily and monthly reports and reporting to manager in the prescribed format
Delivering the right training module in right time frames in order to achieve and maintain the exact standards set by the company.
Willingness to travel and preference will be given to candidates holding driving license (2/4 wheelers)
Candidates shall professionally flexible to adopt the policies, principles and standards set out by the company.
Desired candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline
Exposure to sales/Marketing/Public Relations
The job requires travelling in the particular zone or area allocated to selected professionals
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must be able to handle social and generic trades
A go-getter and self starter
Should be able to work under complete corporate guidelines
The candidate must compulsorily own a two wheeler or personal mode of transport
