Job Description

Job Requirement:
Gather manpower requests for various lines of business from US
Sourcing and acquiring skilled candidates from various industries of US to join our team
Conducting Initial screening and online tests for candidates
Managing stake holders and coordinating interviews
Providing an excellent experience to all candidates
Ensuring the recruitment process is continuously evolving and followed
Use of job portals and social media to promote jobs in US
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Offer negotiations and on boarding of employees
Candidate Requirement:
Minimum Graduate in any stream
Strong inter-personal skills & business acumen
Strong sourcing skills using Social Media and job portals
Ability to work under tight schedules & multi-task

Strong Customer Services orientation

Should be comfortable with night shifts
