Customer Service Experience Executive
We are looking for technology Service professionals with proven track record/experience of managing Customer experience, transactions, inquiries effectively.
- As a Customer Experience Executive you will be responsible to ensure concerned teams are engaged in a timely manner to address information/query/technical issues.
- Acknowledge and respond to the customers within the defined SLAs
- Assign the tickets to the technical teams within the defined SLAs.
- Handle the calls from the customers and engage the appropriate teams for any further assistance
- Act as a customer advocate by working directly with customers on high priority issues to deliver timely resolution.
- Anticipate customer needs and effectively addressing concerns related to their issue or resolution
- Provide direct technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, if required.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- B.E/B.Tech graduates
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ensure that urgent customer issues are resolved in the most timely and effective manner possible.
- Experience to work well in a fast-paced environment and demonstrable ability to handle various tasks or projects with changing priorities.
- Self motivated, willing to go the extra mile for customer delight.
- Utilize available time efficiently in order to achieve effective and efficient results
- Demonstrate the ability to assemble a complete and accurate problem/symptom description of reported issues.
- Proven knowledge to successfully solve problems and narrow down reported issues, identify root causes, and find creative solutions to effectively address customer concerns.
- Knowledge in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise * Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
- Excellent command over written and verbal communication (English)
- Minimum typing speed of 30-40 WPM.
- Identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
- User level familiarity with Outlook
- Questioning/probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the caller
- Ability to meet a set of defined account productivity KPIs
- Willingness to work in rotation shifts.
