Job Description

About the Role

This position is part of the COO PD team and is responsible for supporting the project creation, resource request fulfillment process development programs of the COO group.
In order to ensure the successful risk management and delivery of the portfolio, the process optimizes effective utilization of resources in support of delivery goals for our business partners which are primarily focused on meeting regulatory needs for the businesses.
Talent management development programs focus on onboarding, training, and coaching the portfolio delivery team members who support the COO PD portfolio to enable their success in their role and career.
