Role
- Acquisition of HNI Clients and Develop trust relationships with a HNI client
- Portfolio Management
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Addressing and resolving key clients complaints.
Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
The Key Account Manager is also responsible for the generation of business in the assigned accounts as well as the attainment of new accounts for the business.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Enhances customer experience by ensuring best services to all valuable customers - Functional Competencies
