Urgent Hiring Of Estate Manager with 5-10 Yrs. Experience into Real Estate at Bathinda, Punjab

Position: Estate Head

Industry: Real Estate

Experience: At least 5-10 yrs. into Real estate industry as a Estate position

Salary package: 6 LPA - 9 LPA

Job Location: Bathinda, Punjab

Roles and Responsibilities:

Issue of bills towards maintenance to include charges towards sewerage, water, electricity and common area, maintenance, etc.
Responsible for reaching out to customers / residents to collect payment of bills and other payments.
Conduct recovery procedure when outstanding dues identified.
Collection of documents and maintenance of records thereof.
Managing ground staff and contractors
Manage day to day care and maintenance of gardens and estate buildings
