Urgent Opening for Recruiter (Engineering)

Job Title: Recruiter (Engineering)

Location: Chennai (Near East Tambaram)

Job Duties:

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Responsible for recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews
Sourcing potential candidates from Internal Database, Search Engines, Job Portals, Social Media to source candidates
Short listing resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location, experience, etc
Maintaining candidates data base management
Be able to provide market intelligence for key skills
Excellent understanding of engineering industry from a recruiter stands point.

Requirements:

Min Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Engineering related studies
3- 6 years recruiting experience in Recruitment
Strong in Communication and Interpersonal Skills needed.
Multi-tasking, Pro-active attitude with the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
