Job specification-
Responsible for over sales growth of branch & handling team and achieving goals of the organisation

Job Responsibility:
Oversees the activities of other workers.
Hires, trains, and evaluates new employees.
Ensures that a company or department is on track to meet its financial goals.
Reports to other executives or to the owner directly.
Directs team or group leaders.
Motivates workers through incentives and positive feedback.
