Job Description

Account Management:
Preparation of monthly financial statements and preparation of weekly/monthly working capital
and cash flow statement.
Monitor and co-ordination with team to ensure that all financial transactions are properly
recorded, filed and reported.
Develop budgets and financial plans for the company and monthly comparison of actual
performance of the company with budget.
Co-ordination with statutory auditor to conduct audit of financial statements as per schedule 3 of
Companies Act, 2013.
Tax Compliances:
Co-ordination with Income Tax auditor to conduct income tax audit as per section 44AB of
Income Tax Act, 1961 and Filing of Income Tax Return.
Drafting and submitting the details required for Income Tax Assessment, Income Tax appeal and
other income tax compliances.
Preparation and Filing of GST3B, GSTR1 and GSTR 9 returns.
Reconciliation of GST Input tax credit with GSTR 2A on monthly basis and following ups with
vendors for any discrepancies.
Computing and arranging for timely deposit taxes (Income Tax, GST and TDS) and filing the
returns for timely completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliances
