o Identification of provider basis geographical location
o To avoid penalty, ensures that empanelment happens within TAT set by insurer/client
o Provider document in accordance with legal & compliance to be followed up from service provider
o Coordinating with branch team to monitor on going empanelment activity, understand challenges and issues, collating information and highlighting to network Manager & operation stack holders
Negotiations & Savings
o Proactive approach service provider for negotiating rates of pre-policy/AHC of new acquisitions
o Driving branch for on boarding new acquisitions with existing panel service providers
o Negotiation to get better discounts & savings
o Timely update on overall status to department such as Wellness, Operation & Sales
Risk Mitigation
o Targeting monthly closure on Mystery Shopping & Audits as defined by SLA
o Publishing interim update to stack holders like operation & network
o Grievance management between operation and network related to audit & mystery shopping
Payment
o Procuring NDC from service provider with the help of branch
o Collected NDC to be handed over to finance team and acknowledgement
o Outstanding to get reconciled at branch level and send it to billing team
o Bounced payment to be tracked separately and get it corrected from DC via branch team
o Follow up for the payment with billing team and finance team as highlighted by branch team
Support
o Supporting branch team for speedy movement of activity and resolving concerns or queries
o Developing ideas to enhance system for smoothening processes
o Supporting Manager & Senior Manager for timely/realtime update, analysis & dashboard goes to the management.
