Job Description

Designation : Senior HR Recruiter

Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 2 to 5 yrs

Salary : Industry Best

Location : Coimbatore (Depends on wfh option available )

Industry : Recruitment

Required skills:

2 years to 5 years of experience in executing IT recruitment for multiple roles.
Excellent in English communication
Should be excellent in building and nurturing relationships in industry
Understand client needs and address within defined TAT
Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment, either in-house or in an agency environment.
Experience with Social media hiring (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB etc) is required
Experience in international hiring is advantageous.
Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
Can focus on increasing the line ups and walk in Ratio
Must be able to cater to all kind of hiring (depending on salary range)
Building New Network, maintaining client Relationship, Preparing database initiating new contacts is Plus - Must have experience in End to End Recruitment Process.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
