Experience 3 to 5 Years

System Administrator Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum 2yrs Experience on LINUX Server Admin
And Windows Servers experience

Linux Certification is Preferrable.

Installation and configuration of RHEL 5.0, RHEL 6.0, RHEL 7.0
Basic troubleshooting of Linux boot problems on Recovery console
Create Share File to the user and key to the End user.
Disk administration using LVM (Extend, Reduce)
Extending and Reducing a Volume Groups
Accounts management Creation of users, groups
Maintaining & managing the issues using OS ticketing system.
Configuring servers like NFS, FTP, SAMBA,HTTP
Installation and configuration of Red Hat & other Linux flavors.
Perform software installation, upgrades, and maintenance on Red Hat Linux systems using RPM, YUM.
User Administration(Create/add/remove & modify the access to the Linux user accounts)
Taking regular system backup using tar command. Installing, updating & trouble shooting of Operating systems.
Create/delete& modify the limitations of user.
Start, stop & restarting the various services.
Configuring and Installing the YUM packages.
Troubleshooting Hardware and Software issues
Updating Kernel patching and Root Password Breaking Consoling.
Administering Network File Systems
Understanding of Start up and Shutdown concepts and processes.
Configuration and Troubleshooting of NTP, DNS, SSH
Memory and Swap space Management
Basic Knowledge an Amazon Web Services
