Total Work Experience :- 4-7 Years
Capable of handling ramp-ups, handling a team of Trainers.
Responsible for some staff performance reviews.
Working closely with our delivery and business teams, you will focus on architecting high quality e-commerce solutions that will deliver value to our clients, align to their technology roadmaps.
You should have experience working with customers in the Fortune 500 and have solid technical background providing solutions to complex, global eCommerce and related digital implementations.
Drive diversification of our teams skills across different technologies, platforms, and business models.
Should be aware about TNI, TNA, PKT, BQM etc. and well versed with training methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Effectively manage customer expectations and communicate effectively with sales and development teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication of technical and business issues is critical.
Excellent written communication (proposals, writing project work plan, overseeing system design, project artifacts).
