Job Description

Help one of the worlds largest search engines customers to improve usage of tracking tools
(Adwords) that will help customers accurately track their ROI. The executive will provide
guidance / support via regularly planned multiple touch point communications that includes
inbound / outbound calls & emails.
Responsibilities
Help SMBs succeed in their businesses
Assist SMB advertisers with setup and optimization of their same store sales campaigns
as per best practices for high ROI / ROAS
Provide strategic/tactical recommendations for higher ROI / ROAS
Upsell more media inventory
Awareness of Google's AdWords & Analytics Platforms for optimum utilization
Proactively communicate on a daily basis with customers & ensure quality customer
service/support
Maintain excellent product knowledge and attend all training sessions.
Conduct in a professional and informative manner in all client communications
Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship
management (CRM) system during the entire communication process
Respond to or meet and exceed daily targets in a timely and accurate fashion
Provide daily / weekly / monthly reports on the key metrics associated with the
process
Provide market intelligence to the team leader & identify process improvement areas
Work with team leaders to identify challenges to improve overall process execution
Suggest improvements that can be made to increase efficiency and help meet /
exceed goals
Share expertise and best practices with new recruits and co-workers
Job Requirements
Will prefer candidates with at least 1 year of calling experience in a business-to-
business (B2B) environment.
Preferred candidate will be someone with 1-4 years of experience in inside sales
preferably in IT/ITES domain. We can also look at Tech Support people with upselling
experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
Willing to work in any given shifts
Strong work ethic
Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Basic computer skills including Internet, Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
