Define monthly target for Team and devise a strategy to achieve the goals
Hand hold and guide the team to achieve the daily, weekly and monthly goals
Proactive in identifying the opportunity areas in the program and work towards solution
Conduct rigorous performance reviews with the advisors in the team, on the target management and KPIs
Identify opportunity areas, review daily reports like APR, agent Quality scores etc and provide constructive feedback to the advisors
Proactively apprise the internal and external stake holders on the observations, flags, help wanted
Listen to calls daily to keep a close track on the advisors call quality
Strong planning skills and abilities to project the months performance with the ongoing trends and do a course correction, if needed to bring back the desired performance
Conduct manpower planning and keep a strong track on Attrition and shrinkage
Act as a mentor for the team and lead by example
Acts as a subject matter expert by demonstrating and training team on consultative sales approach
Responsible for all aspects of performance management for the program - setting goals / expectations, observing, coaching, counselling, recognizing and rewarding
