Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support MD in managing the different business Unit
• Track performance of operating plants as well as projects
• Coordination with the Sales/Operation Team.
• Provide data and analytical and support to the MD through efficient use of MIS reports
• Coordinate with business and functional heads to keep MD abreast of events across the business unit
• Preparing Minutes of meeting
• Follow up on important sales ,operations, projects and commercial issues
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analysis capabilities

Excellent presentations skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; individually or in front of a group

 Desired Candidate Profile 

• MBA or Post Graduation Mandatory
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy
• Thorough knowledge of office procedures,
• Superior ability to build relationships with senior leaders, and work across businesses
