Job Description
Dy. Project Manager (Location: Near Siliguri, West Bengal Hill roads)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Shall be representing the company at all levels for the purpose of handling project related affairs such as, but not limited to the following:
a. Client management for works and project related communications
b. Consultant management
c. Vendors management (Project level)
d. Project planning (to be mapped to the Companys long-term goals)
e. Resource planning.
2. On time delivery of project within the estimated budget and scope.
3. Realistic & reasonable project planning in line with client project schedule
Key Attributes:
The ideal candidate requires to have the following attributes/qualifications:
1. B.E/B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent
2. Work experience of over 15 years with minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
3. Willing to relocate in spans of 24-30 months based on project allocation
4. High levels of dedication, commitment, planning and Quality. Ability to handle project related issues effectively and deliver projects on time.
5. Ability to fluently converse in English/Hindi.
6. Process oriented approach in handling activities.
7. AutoCAD, Primavera (or other project planning software)
