Job Description
Urgent requirement for Client Relationship Manager(Females Only) for a reputed Premium property corporate office in Cochin.
Salary: 15000-18000/m
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer service/hospitality industry.
Qualification- ANY GRADUATE
Keyskills:
1. A bachelors degree in Administration or related field.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer service/hospitality industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
5. Should understand lifestyle products.
6. A team player with leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
1. To maintain the relationship with clients by calling them as required and providing them the information on time.
2. Releasing of sales order once the order is closed by taking all the required information from the client.
3. After-sales closure to installation / Any old client replacement and AMC.
4. Supporting operations and planning.
5. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
