Great opportunity to work for a leading Automobile Dealer (Commercial Vehicle) Company in Kerala
Designation-Branch Head- Service

Location- Manjeri- Malappuram

Qualification: Degree/Diploma Automobile

Experience: 5 to 10 years (Commercial Vehicles)

Preparing Service Budget
Action Plan to meet financial target based on market conditions, monitor the
achievements, take corrective action if target not achieved
Discuss the status of pending vehicles daily & action plan to deliver
Monitor Workshop activities like vehicle flow, outflow and residual vehicles in the
shop floor on a daily basis and initiate actions for any debottlenecking that may be
required.
Ensure Optimum inventory level in store
Establish performance goals for all individuals units and monitor performance
periodically
Organise periodic service process audits to assess service quality in the units and
initiate improvement actions as required
Maintain contact with key customers
Authorise of disposal of scrap and used oil as per internal circular from HO, also
arrange disposal of Hazardous waste
Maintain continuous communication with employees in service units
Warranty Certification
Monitor PDI and free service on daily basis
Monitor claim and claims settlement
Liase with Insurance companies for payment and for resolution of any disputes
Periodic Stock taking and Job card verification
Establish and Maintain relationship with Customers to Whom the company has
sold vehicle
Monitor the deployment and utilization of assets
