Job Description

ContactCenter Agent Job Summary-


You will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information. You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online (email and chat) and over the phone. This is 24/7 operations including weekends and shifts will be allotted on a weekly/ monthly basis.

ContactCenter Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails, chats

Manage and resolve customer complaints

Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

Provide product and service information to customers

Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software and available resources

Process orders, forms, and application

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls

Complete call logs and reports

Other duties as assigned

Any shift will be provided in 24 hours and on weekends

ContactCenter Agent Qualifications and Skills

35 words/ minute typing speed and above

Diploma or any suitable degree

Excellent communication skills in English

Excellent communication skills in any one language Punjabi or Marathi

Proficient in relevant computer applications

Should be willing to work in a typical call center environment

Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

Excellent data entry and typing skills

Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

CTC

1.44 per annum
