Role & Responsibility: - 1) Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients . 2) Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. 3) Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal. 4) Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & W2 position. 5) Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions into interview and placement. 6) Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. 7) Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Desired Skills: -The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills. -Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude. -Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment. -Candidate must have clear understanding of benefits ,compensation ,US Visa/ employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC , OPT and CPT. etc.
Basic Qualifications: -Must have minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
