Target achievement of aftermarket revenues. Parts & Lubes target achievement. Service revenues AMC, paid service achievement. Warranty administration. Service claims monitoring. Branch wise service absorption targets. competition product information & feedback.

Managing & Supervising Service Activities of Teams efficiently. Develop and monitor the performance standards of the service department against planning, objectives in respect of customers and competitors
Development Planning Encurrage of Service Quality within the service team
Review resolution of all the AMC /Service/ Installation/Spare part related problem on time
Education: B.E. /Btech / DME

Exp : Essential : Min 8 to 10 Years in CE industries
