- Developing inspection methods to analyze product quality.
- Improving product quality by making recommendations for change.
- Managing quality inspections at various supplier plants to ensure strict quality standards are maintained.
- Reporting the status of quality checks and flag issues with supplier quality.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Education: Diploma Engineering or B.E( Bachelor of Engineering).
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years.
- Knowledge of Quality tools.
- Hands-on experience to solve line quality issues.
- Perform OQC, PQC as per quality standards.
- Process improvement knowledge (OPL, SOP, MSA, ESD, Process Capability, CTP, CTQ, Control Plan).
- Problem-solving Tools( POKA YOKE, 4M, Fishbone Analysis, GUAGE R&R).
- FAI, FPI Knowledge.
- MS-Office knowledge.
