Key Responsibilities
Manage Customer service via Chat or calls in a timely manner
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Collaborate with team-members, customer service teams to ensure superior customer experience
Follow company's communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
