Job Description

• Good knowledge of System Administration both theoretical and practical on Windows Operating System
• Should have very good knowledge and understanding on Server architecture and management
• Installation, up-gradation, and troubleshooting of Windows Operating System
• Work experience on Microsoft cluster configuration, testing and troubleshooting
• Server OS hardening by system parameter settings
• Sever Resource allocation / de-allocation to server instances
• Installation of Operating System Patches and fixes
• Working knowledge of resolution of identified Windows Vulnerabilities
• Server Performance Management and Tuning
• Management of Active Directory, DNS, WINS, LYNC etc.
• Windows Server Backup Management and Restoration
• Experience on Citrix management and troubleshooting will be added advantage
• Working knowledge on at least one Backup management tool like Symantec, TSM etc.
• Fair knowledge of Windows platform troubleshooting tools
• Hands On Skills on VMWARE management
• Security Management by server hardening, Patch Management, Vulnerability fixing
• Should have good diagnostics and analysis skills to resolve technical problems
