Guest Relation Officers

• We are looking for young, smart Guest Relations Executives for VIP Services to provide high-quality service for a Casino in Goa. You will be required to address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting the guest, explaining the casino gaming procedure, answering guest queries as per company policy, enrolment of VIP guests, escorting of VVIP guests as needed & giving out tickets and vouchers as per event.
• For this role, you should be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude & pleasing personality, reliable and customer-oriented.
• Minimum qualification is 12th.
• Experience with airlines in handling passengers onboard is preferred.
• Accommodation, meals during duty hours & Transport provided.
• Shifts: Rotational
• 06 days working
• Salary Range: INR 444,000 to 700,000
